Peony x Fleury Puppies

Litter Arrived on OCTOBER 11, 2023!

6 Puppies! 2 Black Boys, 4 Girls (3 Liver, maybe 1 Black – not enough pigment to tell for sure just yet)

This is a very nice matchup dog-to-dog and should produce some lovely puppies. Fleury has sired two litters previously and I really liked his puppies at DCA 2023 National. Peony has had one litter in July 2022 which had an entire litter of nice puppies with three in the rings (2 major pointed at 8 months with newer conformation exhibitors), and one to come back out soon. Two more may hit the rings in the future. All have delightful temperaments.

Peony just needs a major to finish her championship. She just won a 4 point WB Major and then BOW and BOBOH during the Heartland Damatian Club of Greater Kansas City Specialty weekend in June 2024. Was hoping to finish her first, but she came in early. Peony is very intelligent, bidable (minds and listens well), and LOVES to show. It is her most favorite thing to go to a show and strut her stuff!

Fleury is a very nice dog with an excellent topline, pretty spotting and a nice pedigree with many excellent dogs and is bascially a total outcross to Peony. His attributes match up nicely with Peony’s attributes in what we feel will produce healthy, sweet puppies that can do it all: Conformation, Performace, Obedience, as well as well-rounded home companions. We are so excited! Peony is also suited to doing it all, intelligence and willing to please.

Fleury started his show career with a Best 4-6 Month Puppy at the Dalmatian Club of Northern California Specialty and Winner’s Dog for a 5 point major the next day at 6 months under Diane Skibinski. He earned a Puppy of Achievement (POA) award, and finished with a 5 point major specialty supported Greater Denver Dalmatian Club in 2019. Along the way to his Championship he also won his class at the DCA National 2019 under judge Dana Cline. Fleury finished his Grand Championship in stiff California competition.

Fleury’s other titles include a Rally Intermediate, Beginner Novice, Trick Dog Intermediate, and Farm Dog.

Special career highlights include a Group 4 in So Jordan, UT, AOM DCSC Feb 21 and Sept 22, an AOM GDDC in 2021, and an AOM DCNC. He was BOB and Select Dog at the Santa Ana Valley KC weekend following the Dalmatian Club of Southern CA in Oct 2022.

Fleury also competes in Agility and has two legs on his Novice Standard and one leg on his Novice JWW.
