Cricket serves her owners as a Diabetic "low" alert dog! This is a job she learned all by herself! Shirley says she has saved her life many times over the years. Cricket sleeps with Shirley. When Shirley is sleeping and has a low, if Cricket can't wake her up she opens a baby gate (not latched) and goes and wakes up her room mate Vickie. Good girl Cricket! Cricket is now 11 years old and is from my "Meriden" litter (Merica x Caden). I am very proud of her.

JLS Dalmatians (Julia Soukup) received Gold Bred By Exhibitor Medallion and status from AKC for 10 Champion from the BBE class. I believe it is now, 41 Champions overall to date, and 29 of those AKC Champions were bred or co-bred by JLS. It should have been many more. Dang life and now covid! This is over an almost 30 year period. The first several years I was just learning to show and studying the breed and learning about the lines and dogs to know which direction I wanted to go with my own program. Thank you to the owners who finished dogs and continue to show the JLS line. :)![]()

JLS Bar None Shiny Lip Gloss (Newt x Rachel) pictured at 8 years of age! She will be 14 in May. She just needed 3 points to finish her Championship, Dang it! A very pretty, sweet and smart girl. XOXO
